Underneath the Spanish sun

During the Spring semester of 2023, I had the opportunity to move to Santander, Spain for five months of studying. This experience has been one of the most enriching ones I have had on a personal level. Of course, I also broadened my horizons academically, but it is the personal growth that has shaped me into the person I am today. Living in a country where you don’t know anyone yet and you only speak the basics of the language truly pushes you to become independent and open-minded. I had the chance to meet amazing people and travel all over Spain, learning about a new culture.
